The Service is published and operated by PradoTech Yazılım Ltd., which acts as the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: [email protected]

Account data. When you sign in with Apple, Google or email, we receive your name, email address, profile picture (if provided) and a unique account identifier from our authentication provider (Google Firebase). If you use Sign in with Apple and choose "Hide My Email", we receive a relay address only.

Content you upload. Photos, drawings, floor plans, PDFs, masks, reference images and text prompts you submit, and the images and videos the Service generates for you ("Outputs"). We remove location (GPS) metadata from uploaded images.

Purchase data. Your plan, subscription status, credit balance and transaction identifiers. On iOS, payments are processed by Apple; on the web, payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We never receive or store your full card details.

Usage and device data. App and browser version, device model, operating system, language, country (derived from IP or store region), IP address, session and feature usage, generation history, crash and error logs, and support messages.

Advertising and attribution data. If you allow tracking under Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT), your device advertising identifier (IDFA) and install/in-app events may be shared with our measurement partners. If you decline, we do not access the IDFA; aggregated, privacy-preserving attribution through Apple's SKAdNetwork may still be used. On the website, similar data may be collected through cookies where you consent.

• To provide the Service: create your account, process your uploads, generate designs, store your projects and history.
• To manage subscriptions, credits, payments, refunds and fraud prevention.
• To provide support and respond to complaints and result reports.
• To keep the Service secure, detect abuse and moderate content (including automated screening for unsafe content).
• To measure and improve performance, fix bugs and understand which features are used.
• To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns.
• To send service messages and, where you have opted in, product updates or marketing. You can opt out at any time.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your uploaded photos or Outputs to train our own or third-party AI models. We do not publish your content unless you choose to share it (for example to the Explore gallery).

Where GDPR, UK GDPR or Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) applies, we rely on: performance of a contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, improvement, fraud prevention), consent (tracking, marketing, non-essential cookies) and legal obligation.

We share data only as needed to run the Service, under contracts that require them to protect it:

• Google Firebase / Google Cloud – authentication, hosting and storage.
• AI model providers (such as Google, OpenAI and Replicate) – to process your images and prompts and return the Output. Content is sent only for the purpose of generating your result.
• Apple – App Store payments and subscriptions.
• Paddle.com – web checkout, payments, invoicing and tax, as Merchant of Record.
• Adapty – subscription status and paywall management in the app.
• AppsFlyer and Meta (Facebook SDK) – install attribution and ad measurement, subject to your ATT choice.
• Analytics, crash reporting, email and customer support tools.

We may also disclose data if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition.

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the EU. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and the transfer mechanisms required under KVKK.

• Account data: for as long as your account is active, then deleted within 30 days of account deletion, except where we must keep records longer.
• Uploaded photos and Outputs: kept so you can access your history; free accounts for up to 30 days and paid accounts for up to 12 months after creation, or until you delete them, whichever comes first.
• Purchase and invoice records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.
• Logs and security data: generally up to 12 months.

Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of or a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent at any time. You can delete your projects inside the app, and delete your account from Settings in the app or by emailing [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data protection authority (in Turkey, the KVKK Authority). California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising without your choice via ATT or cookie consent, and you will not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.

In the iOS app you can change your tracking choice at any time in iPhone Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. On the website, essential cookies keep you signed in and secure; analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent, which you can change at any time.

We use encryption in transit, access controls and reputable infrastructure providers. No method is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is not intended for children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA and Turkey where local law requires). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email.
