Terms of Use

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account and for all activity under it. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and tell us about any unauthorized use.

ArchyThink uses artificial intelligence to generate interior, exterior, garden, architectural and real estate visualizations from photos, drawings and instructions you provide. Outputs are AI-generated concepts for inspiration and visualization only. They are not architectural, engineering, structural or construction plans, may contain inaccuracies, and must not be relied on for building, safety, legal or purchasing decisions. Colors, materials, dimensions and products shown may not match real-world products. Always consult a qualified professional.

Plans. Some features require a paid subscription or credits. Prices, included credits and features are shown before purchase and may vary by country.

Purchases in the iOS app are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the then-current price. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under its policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).

Purchases on the web are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which also handles billing questions, invoices, taxes and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply to those purchases. Web subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Credits. Credits are used to run generations; the number of credits for each generation depends on the tool, model, quality and resolution and is shown before you generate. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable and expire as described in your plan (for example, weekly credits that refresh each period may not roll over). If a generation fails or times out, the credits are automatically returned.

Refunds. Except where required by law or by the platform's policy (Apple or Paddle), payments are non-refundable. Consumers in the EU/UK/Turkey who have a statutory right of withdrawal agree that digital content is supplied immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the service has started, to the extent permitted by law.

Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from the next billing period and, where required, we will notify you in advance.

You keep all rights you have in the photos, drawings and other material you upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate and provide the Service to you, including sending it to our AI model providers. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the terms of the underlying model providers, we assign to you any rights we have in the Outputs generated for you, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes. Outputs may be similar to outputs generated for other users and we cannot guarantee exclusivity or that Outputs are protectable by copyright. If you choose to share an Output to our public Explore gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the Service and in our marketing until you remove it.

You confirm you have the rights and permissions needed for Your Content, including consent from anyone identifiable in it and permission to photograph the property. You agree not to:

• upload content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, violent, hateful or that violates anyone's privacy;
• use the Service to mislead buyers, tenants or others; virtually staged or AI-edited real estate images must be clearly disclosed as such and must not misrepresent a property's structure, condition, size or features, as required by applicable real estate and advertising rules;
• create deepfakes or content impersonating real people;
• reverse engineer, scrape, resell or overload the Service, bypass limits or credit systems, or create multiple accounts to abuse free credits;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to train AI models.

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including the app, website, software, design, brand names and logos, belongs to Prado or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms. The Service relies on third parties (such as Apple, Google, Paddle and AI model providers). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms may apply to your use of them.

We may add, change or remove features, models, styles or tools, and the Service may occasionally be unavailable. We will try to give notice of material changes that negatively affect paid plans.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings or by contacting us. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; cancel it in your Apple ID settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

The Service and Outputs are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prado will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your mandatory consumer rights.

You agree to indemnify Prado against claims arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, and the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights and forum you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
